Tara House Demolition Project

AOC were appointed by Bowmer and Kirkland to carry out the mechanical high rise demolition of this  redundant structure. All the material shall be removed from the site to be processed and crushed to a re-useable  aggregate. Works began Monday August 10th and is set to take 6 weeks. A Case High Reach demolition rig will  reduce the building, and Komatsu PC360 will work in attendance to process the materials in preparation for  crushing and recycling.

Of course, health and safety is paramount to us, so road closures and traffic diversions have been arranged to  ensure minimal risk to the general public and neighbouring properties and businesses. Additionally, specialist  dust suppression systems have been introduced at the site to reduce emissions alongside standard  environmental monitoring that takes place throughout all AOC projects.
